XY-5  TR  core  drilling  rig  is  suitable  for  conventional  diamond  core  drilling  in  geological  exploration such  as  metal  and  un-metal  mine,  coal  and  oil  field,  gas  field  etc.  It  can  drill  holes  from  vertical  to elevation  angle  through  various  sorts  of  formation  including  soft,  hard  and  broken  or  fractured formation  by  wet/dry  or  flush  method.

Main  features

1).It  is  a  mechanical  transmission  and  hydraulic  feeding  spindle  drilling  machine.  It  is  reasonable  in construction,  stable  in  running.  It  assures  good  stable  performance,  breaking  up  and  assembly,  so  it  is convenient  in  mount  and  transport  as  well  as  in  control  and  maintain.

2).It  has  a  wide  range  of  rotary  speed  which  can  be  changed  from  high  to  low,  and  is  suitable  for various  drilling  methods  such  as  carbide  bit  drilling  and  diamond  bit  drilling  etc.

3).The  machine  in  combination  with  drilling  mast  is  mounted  on  heavy-duty  wheeled  trailer  suitable  for towing  over  rough  terrain,  so  it  assures  rapid  and  convenient  mount  and  transport.

4).A  series  of  meter  is  provided  for  fine  drilling  control,  such  as  pressure  gauges,  bit  pressure gauges  indicating  different  pressure,  feed  speed  gauges  etc.

5).It  has  great  drilling  capability,  wide  range  of  application,  rapid  drilling  speed  and  high  drilling efficiency  when  using  wire-line  core  drilling.
