Application

YDX-300 type core drilling rig is suitable for conventional diamond core drilling in geological exploration such as metal and un-metal mine, coal field, gas field etc. It can drill holes from vertical to elevation angle through various sorts of formation including soft, hard and broken or fractured formation by wet / dry or flush method.

Main Features

1.YDX-300 is a full hydraulic top drive power head core drilling rig. Its main hydraulic components (hydraulic motor, pump, operating valve etc.) adopted world-famous brand goods to provide stable performance, reliable product quality and long life usage.

2.It has a wide range of rotary speed which can be changed from high to low steplessly, and is suitable for various drilling methods such as carbide bit drilling and diamond bit drilling etc.

3. Its structure is designed in various forms, such as, skid mounted, trailer and crawler mounted chassis which are available for customer to select. Skid mounted form has the advantages of easy moveable, small size and light weight, so it assures good disassemblies, rapid and convenient installation and transportation, as well as lineate remote operation. Trailer and crawler mounted chassis with good integrative forms, so as to make it remove and transport faster. Crawler mounted is also easy to move and flexibly to direct borehole location.

4.A series of optional monitor meter is provided for accurate drilling control, such as pressure gauges, oil pressure gauges, rotary speed and feeding speed gauges etc.

5.       Entirely hydraulic drive and operating make it have stepless gearshift, great drilling capability, wide range application, rapid borehole speed and high work efficiency especially for using wire-line core drilling.
